Do you accept Section 8 Vouchers?

Yes! We proudly work with all Vermont housing agencies.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! We are pet friendly. We require a signed pet addendum and a $250 refundable pet security deposit for each pet (See our Pet Addendum).

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Please submit all maintenance requests directly through your Tenant Portal.

Can I sublet my room/apartment?

Sublets are subject to approval. All prospective sublets must first apply directly through Offenhartz Management and be preapproved before any sublet may be considered. A $250 relet fee is charged for each subletter. Sublets requests MUST be submitted a minimum of 90 days prior to the requested sublet start date.

Can I pay rent online?
  • Yes! Our tenant portal makes it very easy to make online payments and set up autopayments. We also accept checks, cashier checks, and money orders mailed to:

Is renters’ insurance required?

Proof of renter’s insurance is required for all unrelated adult tenants.

How much notice is required if we are planning to vacate a unit?

A minimum of 90 days notice prior to your lease end date must be provided if you do not intend to renew your lease.

Do my roommates have a separate tenant portal?

No. One tenant portal exists for the entire unit, and several logins can be made

How do I get my VT Renters rebate or credit check?

Effective February of 2024, property managers will no longer send Landlord Certifications to residents. This is now submitted directly to the state, and residents may contact the state to submit their own personal Renter’s Rebate or Credit claim.

How can I view an apartment I am interested in?

We require a completed application by all prospective tenants prior to a showing. If interested in one or more of our units, please Apply online first and then send us a message to coordinate a showing. 

Do you charge an application fee?

No application fees!

Can I transfer my application to another available rental?

Yes, a completed application can be used for any unit.

Can I be approved with bad credit?

We do not run credit checks on applications.

Do all roommates need to apply?

All adult occupants must submit an application.
