Offenhartz Management is pet friendly! All pets must first be approved by management by completing a pet addendum and paying a refundable pet security deposit for each pet where applicable.
Tenant must provide a minimum of 90 days notice of their intention to renew their lease.
Tenant must provide a minimum of 90 days notice of their intention to vacate at their lease end.
Cleaning expectations
Upon vacating, it is the expectation that the tenant will remove all belongings from the premise (and surrounding areas) and clean the unit. Read more about Cleaning Expectations here, or refer to your lease for further details.
Security Deposit
One security deposit check will be mailed to a forwarding address (provided by the tenant) withing 14 days of the lease end date. Deductions may apply.
